JUMP was just a thought to The Double Dutch Lady in 2006. Let's fast forward A LOT of years. The pandemic happened, When the world "opened up again", it started off a socially distant, fun, laid-back gathering of "Cousins". A sisterhood, then a family environment. Just Uniting More People Inc. (JUMP) officially became a nonprofit in 2022. We are passing this artform on to the youth in hopes that it will have a positive impact in their lives.
Our amazing team of board members and volunteers are committed to preserving the lost art of Double Dutch. Originally starting off as a way to get outside after the 2020 pandemic, we've consistently grown, all thanks to the helping hands of our amazing community!
.
We focus on making the maximum positive effort for our communities to affect change. Seeing a need for energetic, nonprofit work in Baltimore, our organization was formed to relive nostalgia and provide a new art for to youth.
